Personal Vault is only available on OneDrive Personal. 

  1. Select the Personal Vault folder in OneDrive online. Don't have a Personal Vault, see Create a Personal Vault.

  2. If prompted, sign in with your selected identity-verification method. (Why does my Personal Vault keep locking?)

  3. Select Move from.

  4. Choose the files to move into Personal Vault and select Move items.
